Mesquite Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing was founded in 2015 right here in Mesquite, TX - a city most of us grew up in or moved to because it felt like a real neighborhood, not just another suburb of Dallas. We started doing epoxy coatings and concrete work because we saw homeowners and business owners getting burned by contractors who rushed the prep, used thin product, and disappeared after the check cleared.
We knew Mesquite homes. Most of them were built during the city's big growth years in the 1970s and 1980s, and those older slabs on expansive clay soil have specific needs. A contractor who doesn't understand how TX clay moves will sell you a coating that looks great on day one and peels by summer. We built this company around doing the prep right the first time.
Today we serve 12 communities across the eastern DFW area - from Mesquite to Garland, Rowlett, and Dallas - and every job still gets the same attention to the slab condition, moisture levels, and site-specific conditions that we started with. This is a trade that rewards patience and honesty, and that is exactly how we run it.
